Latest Supportive Housing Update
Hey there, everybody. Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up on my situation and let you know that I have not dropped off the grid, at least, not completely. I needed some time to get my thoughts together and think of how I would inform you all of my moving situation. Anyway, I spoke with my care coordinator and a consultant at the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) regarding obtaining new housing. I was told by a Ms. Johnson (not to be confused with my mother; this is another person with our last name) and she explained that there may be transitional housing available. In other words, it's temporary, but at least I can be on my own for a while. I am hoping and praying that this option will eventually lead me to gaining some form of independence, so do me a favor, and wish me luck out there. Thanks, and peace out.
