Hello, dear readers. I just thought I'd put this blog entry out there to remind all of you of an important event coming this month and two months later. This month marks the first Primary Election in New York City, while August marks the second Primary Election.  I urge everyone whose election has not come to their state yet to make a note and vote for their candidate. Many people believe that their vote won't count.  However, what does count is that you actually make an effort to vote.  Not many people make an effort to vote, which normally results in a majority not favorable to their party.  This is why I am asking everyone who reads: Please, get out there and cast your vote.  Your voice will make a difference in this country, I assure you. And for those who are unfamiliar with the speech I'm giving, I will sum it up in four words: "EVERY LITTLE VOTE COUNTS."   If you're feeling sickly and cannot make the trip to your polling place, there is an alternativ...

 Hello, dear readers, and if you've been following me on YouTube, welcome to you, as well. I thought I'd share this little journal entry for those who take the time to check out my blog and my YouTube channel . Anyway, things are finally going on track.  I submitted all the documents necessary for the Supportive Housing applications I filled out.  Just so you know, I submitted two, in case one doesn't work out the way I think it should.  Now, I just have to wait on the results.  I'm still a little nervous, though, because every time I try to move on with my life, something or someone always gets in my way of things, and I get pushed back only to be back where I started.  I've even come up with a name for it: The Johnson Curse.  (And, Mom, in case you're reading this, don't say "There is no Johnson Curse!" because I'm the only one who's fallen victim to it.  My brothers beat it, my Dad beat it, so I'm the only one afflicted by it.  So th...
